Lea is a young German entrepreneur raised in Ibiza, who speaks 4 languages; German, Spanish, Catalan and English.
After finishing her studies in Design at the Camilo Jose Cela University and real estate management in Madrid, she then began her entrepreneurial career in Ibiza with Land and Sea Ibiza in 2013.
In charge of the office functions and everything related to the Concierge. He speaks English, Portuguese, Italian, Catalan and Spanish. He is in love with the water and the peace that Ibiza radiates, that’s why his great recommendation to enjoy the Balearics is rent a boat and get lost in the most beautiful coves of the islands. Don’t be surprised if you find him having a picnic while enjoying a good sunset!
She is in charge of the digital image of Desto. She speaks Spanish, English, Catalan and Italian. What she likes most about the Balearics is the ease of being able to enjoy the sea. She encourages everyone who comes to the islands to discover the underwater world of the Mediterranean. She grew up under the sea, so don’t be surprised if you mistake her for a fish.
